Bits and Pieces

As many of you know our little Miss Paige is waiting for us in Thai Nguyen. We have heard really positive things about this province, not just from our agency but from other AP's. Apparently they are known for running a very smooth process and work quickly(please dont bite my head off if you have not had a pleasant experience with this province I am only writing what I have heard)
I had a conversation with our caseworker on Friday afternoon because we were wanting to know what the likely hood would be of receiving any more pictures of our little angel. Unfortunately this is probably not going to happen as the two pictures we received were the only two that our agency got and the only way we would get additional photos would be if they had a family traveling to Thai Nguyen soon (not likely before us) or if one of their Hanoi staff were to go there (not sure).
In our conversation she told me that we would be requested to sign an acceptance letter(a new requirement) within the next week or two. When I got home Friday afternoon I had an email from our agency stating that "they"(the DIA) were ready for our acceptance letter. We signed it and faxed it to our agency so it looks like the DIA will have our letter first thing Monday morning. We can only hope this means a speedy process with travel by mid-July...
I went shopping with my best bud yesterday and came home with MORE baby clothes! the whole time we were looking through the racks we kept saying "we really need to stop, she doesn't need anymore clothes" yet through the racks we went! I figure I will end up with a pretty good credit at the consignment shop! This is about 1/8 of her clothes! We will have to change her several times a day!
Also, some of you may think it is odd that I only post part of a picture of the little monkey. I actually was not going to post any pics at all because I feel that there are probably people who hit this blog that are not loyal followers and I really don't want to put her out there for "everyone" to see. At least not yet anyway, But I think she is so stinkin' cute and I am a proud mama who would like to share a little.....
I am thrilled that this will be the last week of work then The Hubb and I will have the summer off. I guess it is time to start that to do list I have been putting off!

I know what you mean about having lots of clothing.

I love all the pink dresses. You and I would get into a lot of trouble if we lived closer.
