Wait a second......!

Are you kidding me...!? MY daughter is entering her senior year in High School? Ugh...how in the heck did that happen. I am pretty sure it was just yesterday that she was toddling around the house, getting her first teeth, having her first real temper tantrum. Registering her for her senior year yesterday was a bit surreal. Don't get me wrong, I know this is what its all about, having kids, watching them grow, being very proud of all the great stuff they do. BUT....This is gonna be tough. My baby is growing up! And then today I take her get her drivers permit (passed with a 100% !!) so now she is driving, and it is not her little bicycle with training wheels! Wow....

She may be growing up, but she is still pretty silly. Clowning around in the toy department. Hmm...now that she is driving the helmet doesnt seem like such a bad idea ;)

I found your blog this afternoon and enjoyed reading about your little girl. My husband and I adopted our son from Vietnam in March of 07. He brings us so much joy! You have a beautiful little girl, and it's neat to see how you're starting over having a daughter in high school and one in diapers. That's really neat. My brother and I are far apart in age and I felt like I was his second mom.
